Why do you enjoy running?
I love running for so many reasons! The rush of endorphins when I hit my stride. The beauty of running outdoors in New England throughout the seasons. The friends I’ve made on the roads and at the gym. The positive results that the exercise has on my body. The calming effect it has on my mind. The exhilaration of meeting goals, breaking personal bests, and running a little bit farther than I did yesterday. The “alone” time. The confidence it brings me in all aspects of my life. The dedication it takes. The fact that I’m “good” at it!
